Comment: We are using this volume for a college course in Web Design. For beginners it is excellent, not only for the principals of putting together a page, but for all the information on various search engines that the novice may not be familiar with.
Very enlightening for someone who has experimented with blogs and web page templates,but is still confused when they've entered a new world.

Summary: Immediate payback with the production of a nice flyer
Comment: Upon receiving the book I was surprised how thin it was. But overall I am very happy about the purchase. A thicker book might have been more complex. This has simple language, it's easy to read and easy to apply. After reading most of the book I had to create a flyer, and following the tips made the work easier and the result much better: even graphics professionals say the result is pretty good!
