Comment: Okay, so these are the loudest clippers I have ever heard. I live in a Marine Barracks and everyone is able to hear the thing all the way down the hall. I had to buy new clippers just a month later because I couldn't stand the loud noise coming from these. Save your money and buy a different model. Trust me.

Comment: Definetly cheap, but you can buy a more expensive version which will pay for itself too. noisy. gets hot easily. side trimmer is useless. catches onto hair if you go a little bit faster, and that is so annoying. I'm buying a different one.

It's a clipper. It's a detail trimmer! Close cutting detail trimmer is great for necklines, sideburns, and around ears.
