It is recommended that you take your bath before bedtime or allow yourself 20-30 minutes of rest afterwards if bathing during the day. Draw your bath at body temperature (98 degrees) unless you are sunburned(bath should be 96 degrees then) and add one capful of Kamille Bath and soak for about 20 minutes.
