Comment: My only concern when purchasing these was whether or not the clip would be big enough. Upon receiving, I was quickly reassured that that would not be an issue. These things are a great workout, stomach is killing me already!

Comment: I purchased these to isolate my lower abdominals, but found that I got a complete abdominal workout without having to do a million crunches etc...
Also, you have the option of adding ankle weights to increase the difficulty of your workout. I attached my straps thru opposite sides of a 4 ft. chain that runs thru the floor joists in my basement.
I would buy these agian. Solid bulid with sturdy rings. Should last me a lifetime with 4 time weekly use easily.

Comment: These straps are pretty sweet, and help me isolate my abs way better than hanging from a pullup bar or using the roman chair. Bought them at Big5 sports and paid about 40, so amazon's a much better deal.

Comment: I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and these straps are better than the ones I have used in many gyms. Strong construction with extra thick padding. Very easy to install. I would recommend these to anyone and you can't beat the price!

Comment: The straps are comfortable and well made. We use them for hanging crunches from a pull up bar. My children love to hang/swing etc from them. Just like Monkeys swinging on a vine in the jungle! Velo Ab Straps seem to be holding up under our rigorous testing.
