Summary: Lose the weight
Comment: These teas are excellent if you want to lose weight immediately. I recommend that for the first use, make sure you plan on being home. Your system will need some time to adjust. After the third use, I watered down the tea so the dose would not hit me so hard. The first day could possibly give you cramps, but the tea will definitely clean you out and flatten your waistline. Follow the eating and exercise plan for optimal results. I shared this tea with a friend who needed to fit into her wedding dress. It worked for her and she was very happy on her wedding day. Good luck on your future weight lose. This is a great product that comes in different flavors.
