Comment: I have been taking this product for several weeks now and have seen great results in my knees. I have been riding bike on hilly trails for almost a year, but I would always end up having to cut my rides short due to the fact that my knee's would be killing me. A few weeks after I started taking this product my knees were at ease. I never thought it was possible, but it's like I am a kid again and can ride long distances with no issues.

Comment: After doing some very strenuous exercising in January, my knee pain was so bad that I was stiff after sitting and walking was painful. I could tell the joints had inflammation because when I tried to do a deep knee bend, my knees felt "fat" inside the joints. My doctor x-rayed my knees in July and said it was a bit of arthritis, and that there was very little I could do to alleviate the pain and it would most likely not improve. I started Trigosamine in August. After two days of Trigosamine, I thought I could tell a difference, but tried not to get my hopes up. It's been several weeks now, and I can do a deep knee bend all the way without pain! Every once in awhile, my finger joints start to feel "fat" so I stop taking it for a few days, and the feeling goes away, and my knees are even better! Everyone's body works differently so pay attention to what your body is telling you. I highly recommend this product. I still can't believe I endured that pain and worry for 8 months, when this product was available.

Comment: I suffer from osteoarthritis on my right knee and this product has help me tremendously. I started feeling better right away in comparison with other joint supplements I have tried. I like the fact that you only have to take it once a day. It makes it so much easier to be consistent especially when you have a busy schedule. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a joint supplement.

Comment: I have found Trigosamine helps my knees. I am 78 years old and I felt my left knee, especially, was beginning to give way on me and cause me pain when I did my daily three mile walk. My joints seem to perform better when I am able to take Trigosamine.
