Comment: I was pleasantly surprised by this bluetooth. It was a pretty good price for the headset and the shipping and handling. I have enjoyed using it all the time. I am sooo glad that I don't have to have the phone in my hand or pocket when I am talking. I have even left the room while my phone was charging and had no static! It is a little flimsy on my ear at times and sometimes I have a hard time turning it on but overall I feel it is a good quality product and would definitely recommend it to others or purchase another if I ever need it.

Summary: Great headset for occasional use...
Comment: I use a headset mainly in the car. The ear hook bends in any direction so you can get a custom fit. It took me about 2 minutes out of the box to make it feel like part of my head. It is very light weight and the buttons are easy to use and distinguish from one another. I hardly notice I'm wearing it. The speaker does make voices sound muffled compared to holding the cell phone to my ear, but I believe this is due to the speaker hanging outside the ear. I, personally, am ok with the sound compromise rather than wearing a Jabra model with an ear gel (see next paragraph).
My husband has the BT250 and loves it so I decided to give it a try. I hated it. Great sound quality, but very uncomfortable. I liked the idea that the majority of the headset went behind the ear (hidden behind my hair) and it looks great on my husband, but it felt big and clunky and hurt my ear after 5 minutes. Not great for people with small ears. I also hated the feel of the ear gel inside my ear. It comes with 3 sizes, but all felt like ear plugs. I couldn't imagine wearing it for extended periods. The sound, however, was great and I feel strongly that the ear gel is the reason. Again, I am OK with the compromise and not having an earpiece that feels like an ear plug.
This model is perfect for casual headset users. Especially considering I paid $13 + shipping here on Amazon. For those of you looking for a headset for 24/7 use, seriously, don't buy a headset that costs less than $20. You do get what you pay for.

Summary: Can't beat it for the price
Comment: I had to buy this for work. We don't have a hands free law yet in FLA but I'm sure it's on its way, and if not, it should be!
Never the less, this is my first bluetooth so I have nothing to compare it to. I like being able to change the designs. It works well in most situations Sometimes if it's windy it moves around, so hold on to it. But it sits well on my ear and is comfortable. My only complaint is it's not loud enough on the loudest setting. But I work in some noisy conditions sometimes.
I'd highly recommend for the price and value

Comment: I bought two of these, one for me and the other for my wife. They were both recognized by our Samsung Gleam phones quickly. That was the easy part. When we tried to call each other, we cannot hear anything. We tried to increase the volume but no luck. You get what you paid for. Stay away from this product! It is heavily discounted on the web and now I know why. My search for an inexpensive, quality bluetooth headset continues.....
