Summary: GREAT, Life Changing
Comment: I tried this after 2 years with an anal fistula. Along with cutting out sugar, losing some weight and exercising this worked. Nothing else had worked. It even resolved a chronic ear "itching" that wouldn't go away, even going to ENT doctors twice and suffering for 5 years. My fingers feel better, less stiff and sore. I'm just amazed, because no one ever said anything about yeast before, and I'm a nurse! I am not diabetic but my blood sugar was too high, about 110. I worked hard to eat right and get my blood sugar in the 90's. I try to eat healthy, raw foods and vegetarian stuff. Still, the turning point was this Three Lac (I also used the FiveLac).

Comment: I buy a bottle of high potency Probiotics [10 strains/10 Billion Microorganisms] that only costs me 9 dollars and works wonders.
I am not saying Threelac does not work. I am saying we can get pretty much the same thing for a much lower price.

Summary: Don't suffer with yeast again!
Comment: Threelac Dietary Supplement, Natural Lemon Flavor, .053-Ounce Packets (Pack of 60) If you ever get yeast infections from antibiotics, diabetics eating too much sugar, or any other reason, this is the answer. My doctor recommended I search for threelac on the internet, to help me. It is available other places, but Amazon has prime shipping. I take 3 packets a day if anything is flaring up, or you can take 1 or 2 packets per day for maintenance. I even give it to my dog, when his skin gets yeast infections. (one a day). Both my dogs love it, even though only one needs it. It is a lemony powder packet, pour it in your mouth and then swallow water. It is not bad tasting, did take a tiny bit of adjusting to. But, if you're in misery--it's worth it. My doctor did me such a huge favor. Kathy Teff.

Summary: Zapped yeast infection in mouth.
Comment: I've struggled with yeast infections off and on for years. Last August I got one from taking an antibiotic and it never went away despite many 'pink pills' from my doctor. Then about a month ago I had to go on another antibiotic for a severe sinus infection. As a result my yeast infection became unbearable and I got a yeast infection in my mouth. That was it for me. I started researching. I already took acidophilus and had been for years. I didn't see cutting out sugar completely as an option (my husband's deployed to Iraq, this is not a good time to give up comfort food!). Then I stumbled across a website listing all the symptoms of candida. I felt like someone had been taking note of all of my complaints for the last 15 years! Then I found a mention of Threelac. After much research on Threelac and reading all of the reviews I decided to give it a try. I especially liked the review that said they didn't change their diet at all! After taking Threelac for about 9-10 days the infection in my mouth was completely gone! I'm almost done with the first box and am ordering my second. The yeast infection is slowly getting better, but I've had it for so long it's not suprising it's taking longer. And I'm starting to notice other things. I don't wake up in need of a neck and shoulder massage and my morning headaches are much better. I'm not feeling as fuzzy headed and I'm starting to have more energy. I started off taking one per day, then after a couple days moved up to two, then after another couple days moved up to three. But after a couple days of taking three a day I became SUPER constipated. So I moved back down to two and I am doing really well on two. It's a slow improvement but I figure this is to be expected considering I've had these symptoms for 15 or more years and I'm still eating brownies!!

Summary: Bad reaction to this stuff
Comment: I ordered this out of desperation after 9 months of muscle aches and cramping, joint pain and dizziness. I followed all of the instructions on the box - took one pack per day with water, after a meal. The first two days went fairly smoothly. I experienced headaches and increased muscle pain, and wrote it off as the "die-off" everyone is talking about.
On the third day, about 45 minutes after taking the packet I got, erm, 'explosive' diarrhea followed by very intense abdominal cramps for several hours. A full day later my digestive system is still not working OK.
Be careful with threelac. Following the directions doesn't necessarily mean your body will be OK with it.

If you are a sufferer of candida or a yeast disorder, ThreeLac is your best choice among all products sold for this condition. It begins to work with the first use and clears up candida and yeast infections completely over the course of a number of months. When you use ThreeLac to fight candida or yeast infections, there is no need to adhere to strict dietary restrictions though reduce the sugars. Two packages a day for normal infections, up to 5 a day for severe infections. Each container contains 60 packets.
