Comment: I wanted to know which B vitamin was best for women and your site recommended this one. I have been taking it for almost a month and I feel that I have more energy now. I'm not so apt to just come home and sit on the couch anymore.

Summary: Saving a trip to COSTCO
Comment: Nature Made makes fine products. Normally I buy my vitamins at CVS of COSTCO which is a hassle. This way I get what I want for less, and it is packaged in three smaller bottles instead of one large one which increases product freshness. I like avoiding the tax and I like the free shipping all of which saves me money. The truth is, though, that going to COSTCO gives me a panic attack and is very stressful. Shopping online is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and Amazon's creativity in fulfilling my needs is amazing.

I have been taking Nature Made Stress B Complex for years now. It is a good way to start the day after breakfast and the amount of energy from one caplet can keep you going for the entire day especially if you are a sedentary worker like I am. For others who have more strenuous jobs and use a lot of muscular energy, on their jobs it would better if you take two caplets. I have been able to introduce Stress B Complex to many of my coworkers who complain of feeling listless at work, and they always return to me to tell me how marvellously it has worked for them.
The Vitamin C in this product is also good for the immune system and the Zinc does well for the skin and hair.
Try it and feel the 'down in the dumps' feeling replaced by wonderful vitality before long.
