Comment: Years ago I bought a book about cosmetics and it ranked Complex 15 above all the others, including hugely expensive creams like La Prairie. I've been using it ever since. There are creams that feel better right when you apply them, but none that perform better 24-7. The price makes it even better!

Summary: Oily African American Skin, TRY THIS!
Comment: I think I have the oiliest skin on the planet Earth, no really, and being of a darker pigmentation I really have to watch what I put on my face. Fortunately for me after looking for what seemed like an eternity, and trying so many different lotions, etc, I came across Complex 15. This is the only facial creme that works for me, and trust me, I have extremely oily skin. It goes on light and doesn't irritate, I love it.
