Customer Rating: Summary: Does what it does with no problems Comment: I don't get why people say its so loud, what do they expect? I'd like to see a quiet air compressor, lol. Anyways, fro anyone that isnt a newb, the inflator works quite well, the only thing I wish it would have been included in the accessories was a presta valve adapter. I bought this to inflate my road bike mostly, but I just bought an adapter for 99 cents at the local bike shop. I really like the way it turns off by itself when it reaches the desired PSI.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works, But Not Without Pain Comment: This thing is noisy as hell. The cables are pretty short. I don't have much experience with this kind of product, so for all I know, this is the way it is. But that's my feeling. It could be better insulated, and could have longer cables. The AC/DC option is cool.
Customer Rating: Summary: Every Garage Should Have One ! Comment: I brought this inflator for $50. I just used it to fill up all my cars to 35lbs. It is a little loud, but it's fast and works really well. With gas prices being what they are I can't afford to not squeeze all the mpg I can get out of my vehicles.
Plus you're really supposed to measure and fill your tires when they are cold and who the hell can do that if you don't have one of these. No more feeding quarters and running around like an idiot to fill my tires!
Oh, if you do end up purchasing one of these when you set it up to the PSI you want you have to use the bottom edge of the measure bar (not the middle) because the inflator will turn off as soon as it touches it. Read this again when you buy it and it'll make sense.
Highly recommended!
Customer Rating: Summary: Did not work; had to return it Comment: I was very disappointed to find that my unit didn't work; it "auto-stopped" almost immediately, no matter what the tire pressure was; took about 5 minutes or more to replace the one or two pounds that I had lost by trying the thing. Had to return it. Received a replacement unit from the factory, but have not had the courage to try it yet. I am saving my 15-year old compressor and tire gauge, which still work fine.
Customer Rating: Summary: black and decker air station -awesome- Comment: This product is awesome. It works well and I am very happy I purchased this item.

Running back and forth to the gas station to fill up car and bike tires, lawnmower wheels, boat trailers, and all those things that tend to go flat in the off season can get, well, tiresome. Cut out the back and forth with Black & Decker's air station inflator. This handy unit plugs into any 120 volt outlet in the shop, or garage to quickly and conveniently pump up sports balls, tires, air mattresses and more. It also plugs into auto cigarette lighters and doesn't take up much space in the car, boat, or camper for inflating sleeping pads and tires. The inflator easily inflates tires up to 200 psi. And, there's no more guessing when the tire is filled to capacity. The inflator is equipped with Black & Decker's EZ air dial that automatically shuts off once you've hit the desired psi. Convenient on-board cord, needle, and hose storage keeps all the goods in one place so that you don't have to hunt down the needle to take care of that hard-to-bounce basketball. --Brian D. Olson What's in the Box Standard tire nozzle, needle inflator, extension nozzle.
