Summary: A must watch for anyone who cares about the planet
Comment: Planet Earth is one of the best documentaries ever produced about the life of animals on earth. The visuals are spectacular, audio is superb and narration by David Attenborough is as flawless and compelling as ever. I have been a huge fan of other BBC/David Attenborough documentaries such as Life of Mammals, Life in the Undergrowth etc and Planet Earth seems to be the pinnacle of the work.
Produced over a period of 5 years, you can just imagine the monumental effort and hardship that went into this product. Shot in some of the most remote and harshest environments just to get that perfect shot after months of patience; if there's one documentary that's deserving of your money and time - it's this one.
