Comment: My husband and I have been taking this vitamin D for 3 weeks now. It is a tiny pill that is very easy to swallow. When we bought it, Amazon was selling it in packs of 4 which was a great deal. We both have definatly noticed a difference in the way we feel. It's a good choice for people who work inside all day and do not get their daily dose of necessary sunlight to fight the winter blues.
