While the Ringtone CD is somewhat lacking in quality, the quantity and selection are great. The car charger could easily cost more than the kit. The USB data cable is very useful in transfering ringtones, pictures, etc. between computer and phone. This cable also provides another means of charging the phone battery through the USB port. Customer Rating: Summary: Just an "OK" Comment: The chargers are great...the rest is junk. The data cable is fine, but they are pretty easy to come by. If you are looking for the software to go with it, it isn't here. Customer Rating: Summary: this kit is great for the price Comment: the only down fall it has it that the cd dosn't have a good program for the phones Customer Rating: Summary: Not ideal for v3xx Comment: The price sure is right, but don't count on the holster clip working with your v3xx. Since it's longer than the standard RAZR V3, the clip is too short. If you try to put it in there, it hooks on to the top of the battery cover instead of the top of the phone. Then any jarring will rip the phone out of the holster and the battery cover will go flying. The wallpapers were 'meh'. The resolution of the images is poor, so they look really bad on the v3xx display, which again is higher quality than the standard RAZR.
