Summary: Scent Overkill
Comment: I really like Carol's Daughter. I've purchased several product in the last year and I enjoy most of them- for myself and for my son. Khoret Amen Leave-In Conditioner obviously has some good ingredients in it. But, so what! The smell is enough to knock you over. Entirely too strong for something that is supposed to go on the hair. I will never understand why makers of hair products think they are also supposed to be perfumiers. I, for one, am not buying hair care products for their fragrances- I don't care how "yummy". In fact, if it were up to me most hair products would be unscented. When I want to wear fragrance, I will dab some on. Suffice it to say, this bottle remains unused in my cabinet. I was going to give it away, but I couldn't think of anyone who wouldn't be offended by the smell.

I have this product in Black Vanilla and Tui. I'm fine with both of those, though as I said, I prefer my hair products to have as little scent as possible unless the essential oils are adding to the performance of the product.

Summary: Love it, hate the smell
Comment: This is the third carols daughter product I have tried and so far, the have all worked. I love this one because
It is light on my hair, it almost makes me wanna keep spraying.
It keeps my hair soft longer,
It is a conditioning spray which is good.
It helps my hair from itching, from dry scalp,
I hate the smell as always but it is worth it.

Summary: Great Product
Comment: I have relaxed hair, and had apprehensions when buying this leave-in conditioner given my past experience with the black vanilla leave-in conditioner. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike the results from the black vanilla leave-in conditioner, my hair was no more thangled than ususal and I was not overwhelmed by the scent. I enjoyed the herbaceous, floral, and refreshing scent. This is my hair ritual: deep cleasing shampoo, Khoret Amen shampoo, Pantene relaxed and natural breakage defense hair mask, Khoret Amen leave-in conditioner, KA hair oil, and Carol's Daughter hair milk. The results were smooth, soft, manageable, and great smelling hair.

Editorial Reviews:

For Normal to Dry Hair. Conditioning sea moss meets lavender, rosemary and nettles in this blend for normal to dry hair. Essential oils of ylang-ylang, clary sage, bay leaf, cedar wood and patchouli help ease shine back into dull manes.
