Summary: Seems to Work Well
Comment: BioFreeze was recommended by the nurse at work when I strained my shoulder, so I ordered these for home use. I'm not sure they have a lasting benefit, but they do make it feel better, and it drys non-greasy. The packet was slightly more than I required at once, so sometimes I only squeezed out half, leaving the other half for the next time. I figured that's better than over-application.

Comment: I love this stuff! It feels SO GOOD when it's on. I only wish it lasted longer. But while it's working, it truly works. I've tried other rubs and I find this to be the best I've tried. Even better than Arnica Gel.

Comment: Biofreeze samples are handy for when you are on the go. If you are going out of town on a trip, or just to a friend's house for the weekend, they are are lot easier to carry than a tube or roll on. I would recommend them to anyone.
