I have fibromyalgia and chronic headaches. My massage therapist let me borrow her shiatsu massage pillow and I fell in love with it. It was great from the back of my head down to my lower back. Just lay on it and feel your tense/sore muscles relax. You can also use it on our thighs, calves, and feet. Amazon.com had it 10 dollars cheaper than my local stores plus free shipping.

Comment: After using this machine 3 times, the material got wrapped around the
rotating balls and stopped working. I had to return it for a refund but
it did feel great while it worked.
