Comment: I ordered this product and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. The day is was supposed to arrive I received an email that my order was being cancelled with no explanation or alternative offered. This was Christmas present for a family member. What horrible service! Think twice before wasting your time shopping with this company!!

Comment: I recently purchased a product from Sephora and when i received it - it was TOTALLY not the item that i've purchased online!instead, i received three body butter sampler creams!!! so i called Sephora and the representative i've spoke with told me that they messed up the item number between two products?!?!?! Why the HELL would they have it on the website then? IT WAS VERY MISLEADING!!! another thing, i had to argue with my free shipping promo - that i was supposed to be qualified in...I HATED the whole experience of buying from Sephora!!!! Customer service sucks...
